What is a Partnered Creator?A player that meets the requirements may apply to cash out their tokens for real money.How do I become a Partnered Creator?In order to qualify you must:

• Have at least 250,000 tokens earned from selling inventions, room consumables, room currencies, room keys, Custom Shirts and/or Creator Rewards
• Have an active Rec Room Plus membership at the time that payments are processed
• Have a non-Junior account that has been active for at least 30 days
• Have a verified email on your Rec Room account
• Not have been banned in the last 30 days.
• Be 18 years of age or older, or 13-17 years of age with a parent or guardian's permission.

How many tokens can I cash out?You can cash out from 250,000 to 250 million tokens in 250,000 token chunks.When are avatar items sent out?Avatar items are sent out once we've received confirmation from Tipalti that your payment has gone through.When are payment requests processed?Usually on Wednesdays.How often can I cash out?You can request payment once per calendar month. Times are set to UTC.How much money are tokens worth?The current exchange rate for tokens is 250,000 tokens for $150.Am I able to request payment in the country I live in?You can find the list of countries our payment partner, Tipalti, supports here.How do I request payment?Click the Request Payment button here If it’s your first time you’ll make an account with Tipalti, our payment processing partner, then we will review your request, and if approved we’ll send payment via your selected payment method.What tax form do I select?After filling out your personal information and bank information, Tipalti will ask you to choose between a W-9, W-8, or Other tax form. Tipalti offers a tax form questionnaire on the same page if you need help, however you should consult a tax professional for your specific situation. Why don't I have the money yet?Tipalti sends you an email once the money has been sent. It can take additional time—based on your payment method—for you to receive the money.What does 'Awaiting Payment' mean?It means your payment request has been approved and sent to Tipalti. Tipalti will process the payment in the next few days.I've already received my payment. Why does it still say 'Awaiting Payment'?The status changes after we've received confirmation from Tipalti that your payment has been received.What happened to my tokens?While your request is being processed your tokens will be held in an escrow account. If your request is approved and you are successfully paid, the tokens will be removed from that account. If your request is denied or the payment fails, the tokens will be returned to you. Is this email legitimate?Yes, EFile4Biz is the name of the service Rec Room uses to send out tax forms for Partnered Creators and Video Partners.
